Return Policy

Thank your for chosing Bacana. If you are not entirely satisfied by your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. You will find on this page more information regarding our returning policy.

Returns

All returns must be posted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a fairly new condition. The products content must be reasonably full and shall not have been used intensively.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@bacanaskincare.com, mentioning your purchase number and reason for return to obtain a formal authorisation for return. After receiving the authorisation, place the item securely in it’s original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsibe for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow us 5 business days to run the process after reception of the item. In case of store credit, a voucher will be sent by email. In case of refund, we will charge back the payment method you use to operate the purchase. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
